The Tea Party Rally on December 16, 2009 at the Post Falls Greyhound Park was a great success with over 1400 people in attendance! Keynote speaker Dana Walsh, candidate for California's 8th Congressional District (seat currently held by Nancy Pelosi) encouraged us to never give up, give in or lose sight of our conservative ideals.
Coeur d'Alene High School senior, Brooke Fowler spoke on her plans to go into medicine and how the current legislation has her most concerned for her future and her generation's future.
Veteran's were honored and a musical tribute to our men and women in the armed forces was led by Aaron Baldwin.
Cake was served to celebrate the Boston Tea Party which took place 236 years ago.
